We went to the HPCL Halloween Party on Saturday. Hannah wore her halloween costume (chosen by Daddy) - an Astronaut. We bought the costume when we were at NASA in June. Hannah didn't really like getting stuffed into it, but once she was zipped up she was okay. When we got to the party, she started walking around and strutting her stuff. People would say "Oh look an Astronaut. How cute." But it wasn't long before they started saying "Look, HE is an astronaut," "Look at the cute little BOY," and my personal favorite "Look Avery, an Astronaut. What, you are going to walk right past HIM? Well, you'd better get a second look sweetheart. HE has a good job and will take good care of you." Michael and I stopped correcting people after the first few times. It was pointless. Regardless, SHE was a pretty cute astronaut!
