Poor Poor Hailey

So...Miss Hailey has not gotten any better. In fact, she is quite ill. Over the past few days she has progressively had less and less to eat and drink, and finally on the 8th, we decided to take her into Children's Hospital for an evaluation as she was just listless at that point. A few hours of a visit and we basically confirmed that she had a flu-like bug. She was a bit dehydrated, so they prescribed her some anti-nausea medicine, and lots of popsicles.

We delayed our flight home since she was just in the hospital, so now instead of going home on the 9th, we are going home on the 12th. I am sad that she is sick, but thankful for a few extra days here in San Diego.
