She loved it the minute we walked in. Balloons, great "Rocky-Roll!" the smell of her favorite food - cheeseburgers...it doesn't get any better than this.
Even Hailey seemed to enjoy the atmosphere.
We were seated in the "black-light" room. The walls were painted black with neon panintings. The tables were neon green...and did this nifty thing when you would put your hand on it...
The chocolate shakes came with whipped cream and cherries on top. Uncle Charlie and Hannah sat next to each other and they laughed and played the whole time.
Hannah managed to get Nana to go get a red balloon for her. It wasn't long though before Hannah announced that it was "too loud" for her, and that it was time to leave. Bummer. I was having so much fun singing along to some great songs.
I went to the washroom to change Hailey's diaper, and was boppin along with the music when a lady and her daughter walked into the washroom. She was singing along as well "she wore an itsy bitsy teeny weenie yellow polka dot bikkini". We giggled at each other and briefly chatted about how we grew up coming to this restaurant with our families, and how wonderful it was to bring our daughters here.
I can't wait to bring them back when they will remember it.
