Halloween

Hannah and I spent Halloween with Barbara and her (extended) family. It was so wonderful to see the other family members again, and to meet the newest addition (6 months old) Mr. O. He's soooooo cute!

Adrianna - a beautiful butterfly.
Mr. O - all smiles.
It was so funny to watch cousins, Adrianna & Mr. O interact with each other. They were both fascinated by each other, and Adrianna, being the more mobile of the two, would creep over to Mr. O until they were butting heads. They loved it.
Mr. O in his bug costume.
My Hannah kitty! She wore this outfit all day long. We went trick-or-treating to her great-grandmother's house today, and she wore it there, to the grocery store, to visit Nana in the hospital, and finally, trick-or-treating. Although, when she saw Adrianna's butterfly costume hanging on a chair, she immediately started getting out of her kitty costume because she really really wanted to be the butterfly. Note to self. Next year, she will be a butterfly.
Jacob, the turtle. This is the only picture I got of him before trick-or-treating. He was so busy in his turtle costume (definitely a speed turtle, not to be confused with a slow tortise)
Out the door, and off to get some candy!
Hannah loved the big orange pumpkin.
Hannah went right up to a neighbor's screen door and asked to go into their house. Funny girl. She tried to take off her shoes at every house we went to. I think she wanted to play more than anything.
Staring down some kids. These cute guys were handing out the candy. Hannah wasn't too sure about them, so she put down her basket and just stood there.
Kitty knocking and Turtle ringing the doorbell.
After trick-or-treating, the kids came home and stripped out of their costumes. We only walked around two cul-de-sacs, but they were sweating by the time they got home. Hannah and Jacob played non stop for at least 40 minutes, chasing each other around and laughing uncontrolably. I love watching them play and be silly together.
ok...I know what you are thinking. It looks like Jacob is biting her here. He isn't. He's actually hugging her and screaming at the top of his lungs. Hannah loves all of the attention she gets from him.

Teasing the turtle. Catch me if you can!
Uh Oh...better run! Safe on the sofa-chair. My feet will protect me. Take that Turtle-boy! I let the two older children run around with Jacob's Daddy watching over them, and went to watch the babies play. More face to face time.
Mommy was tickling him, and he grabbed some of her hair. I'm loving his little smile here.
Nakie tummy time. Is there anything better int he world?
Girl with the big brown eyes.
