Playdate & Pumpkins

Today, Hannah and I went over to Barbara, Jacob & Adrianna's home for a play date. Good friends Sommer (mom) and Madison (darling little girl) came over too, and we had so much fun. I learned today, that Hannah has no fear when challenged with climbing. The girl freaked me out by attempting to climb on top of the monkey bars on Jacob's play set. Whew. Talk about panic.

Dead bug. She fell down seconds after the first picture was taken. She was fine. This is a game that we play at home. She pretend falls, and I ask in a silly voice "Are you okaaaaay?" She loves it.

Tonight, after visiting Nana in the hospital (she comes home tomorrow - Horray!), Hannah, Papa and I carved pumpkins.

She found another pumpkin to beat on while Papa finished with his pumpkin.

I can't believe she actually reached her hand into the ewy gewy mess. She didn't love it, but she was determined to pick out the seeds, one by one.

I had to put the camera down for a while so I could help carve pumpkins. Here are the finished products...all as per Hannah's wishes: Twinkle Star & Moon, Monster w/ 3 eyes and a kitty.
